I. Procedures to prepare label for registration purpose

1/ Manufacturer are requested to send Doha design (carton, bottle/strip/blister/vial/ampoule) in illustrator or corel format.
2/ Doha will revise design as Vietnam's regulation.
3/ Doha send revised design to manufacturer.
4/ Manufacturer revert comments to Doha.
5/ Finish design.
6/ Manufacturer print proposed label in Vietnam: 03 sets, each sets includes 01 unit carton label and  01 label on the smallest packing unit (bottle, strip, blister, vial, ampoule), colorful printed on normal A4 paper by personal laser printer.
7/ Proposed label will be sent us along with other documents via courrier (please refer to the Excel sheet Guidance, checklist, contacts sent by Ms. Ha).

Please note that we could not prepare designs without CPP because contents in label must be exactly the same as in CPP. Hence, please prepare CPP along with designs and send us both items at the same time.

 

II. Procedures to prepare label for commercial orders

1/ Manufacturer are requested to send Doha design (carton, bottle/strip/blister/vial/ampoule) which is successfully registed and have visa number and the specification of the products (please refer to the Excel sheet Spec of goods and packing components)

2/ Doha send designs, package insert (PI – is prepared by Doha), and the specification to customers for collecting comments.

3/ Doha revise design and PI according to customers' comments.

4/ Doha send revised design and PI back to manufacture.

5/ Manufacturer send trial prints/proof copy of label (carton, bottle/strip/blister/vial/ampoule, PI) to Doha (please note that trial prints must be always in image format with added mock-up date).

6/ Doha check trial prints and send approval to manufacturer.

7/ Only after getting Doha’s final approval for label could manufacturer start bulk/mass printing.
